After the credit package purchase the service internal currency is transferred to your account. Every time you use our paid services, the system deducts their cost from your credit account, but not from your credit card. The cost of services can be changed at any time.

The decision on compensation and the final amount of compensation is established by the administration of Murmur in private, unilateral order, and is not subject to appeal.
In this case, money are refunded only to the card from which your last payment came.

Murmur does not require or store any of your bank details, nor does it participate in the withdrawal of funds from your bank card.
